Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

• During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist you with any information needed to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
